We arranged an auction of the equipment and sold the commercial real estate - all completed within 6 months of receiving the assignment. Sale of Specialized Medical Billing Service
      This company was founded in 1988 to provide billing for the provision of ambulance and related services to citizens. They grew to become the largest business of their specialty in the Northeast. A local Bank President referred us a highly qualified buyer whose background was financial operations – “a perfect fit”. We negotiated the terms of the transaction and worked with the same bank to obtain equity & working capital.
